STEP 3: The Admin will provide the complete reservation documents via email on your unit of choice and terms of payment. You will receive this via email.

           📌 Reservation Agreement

           📌 Bank details for reservation payment

STEP 4: Pay reservation fee and submit deposit slip/online bank confirmation together with signed reservation documents.

           📌 Receipt will be provided once reservation is confirmed and signed reservation documents is submitted via email.

STEP 5: Contract to Sell (CTS) will be emailed to you.

          📌 Buyer may print and sign, and submit to CLI office together with post dated checks.
