- Proceed to PRC Davao Office located in Calamansi St., Juna Subdivision Matina, Davao City (Beside Indonesian Consulate).

2.) Proceed to the Information Area or know as PACD (Public Assistance and Complains Desk Center). Inform about your inquiries and ask for a priority number.
3.) Wait for your number to be called in Releasing Window 1 or 2.
4.) After getting you certificate, you can now proceed with your HLURB Registration or Renewal.
